Our breakthrough emerged when a client faced a rushed investor meeting in 2023 and needed arrangements delivered on a tighter schedule. Instead of declaring it impossible, we developed what we now call "flex-timing"—bouquets crafted to look impeccable whether they arrive at 9 AM or 2 PM.
